Strip away every expectation you have about a modern porn site and you land on PornMD. There is no video player here, no library, no member area. It is a search box, and its one trick is querying several of the big mainstream tubes at the same time and handing you the combined hits. Think of it as a meta-search layer that sits on top of sites you already know, rather than a place that hosts anything itself. Once you understand that, everything about the design makes sense.

I typed in a handful of terms and the results came back quickly, each thumbnail tagged with the source tube it came from.
